For the meat dish, we were served a roasted cut of Maesawa beef.
We enjoyed a simmered scallop and rice dish, where the scallops were cooked together with the rice. The unique style involved pouring chicken soup broth over the rice before eating.
For dessert, we were served a "mizugashi" (traditional Japanese confection) that was incredibly delicious.
After the meal, we enjoyed the service of wine in the lounge.

The hot spring water had a faint scent of sulfur and a slightly slimy texture. It left our skin feeling smooth and revitalized, and we were thoroughly pleased with the experience.

The facilities, beauty, and comfort of the rooms were exceptional. The bedding and the environment of the private bedrooms were comfortable. The bathing facilities and hot springs were excellent, especially the in-room natural hot spring.
